[Edit]: This has now been resloved.
It has been raised with us that in out last update the retrieve password functionality has stopped working. We are currently looking into this and getting the issues resolved.
In the mean time if you have have forgotten your password and cant login please email us and let us know we will confirm your details and reassign a new password to you.
